  18. NOTE TO PGP USERS: The file qstrip.asc contains the digital sig for 
  19.                    qstrip.exe. Type "pgp qstrip.asc qstrip.exe" to verify
  20.                    that the file has not been tampered with. Also the file
  21.                    vtkey.asc is my public key. You will need this to check
  22.                    the sig. IF one or both of these files is missing, delete
  23.                    that copy and go to http://www.cybercomm.net/~cq for a safe
  24.                    version.

  26.                    it to us, so that we can investigate it.

  30. Quail Stripper ver 2.0

  33. Description:
  34.      A DOS utility that strips HTML codes from a text file. In the past if
  35.      you downloaded a page from the web and wanted to read it, you had to sort
  36.      through all the HTML codes. Those days are past. Quail Stripper removes
  37.      the HTML codes from the file, without touching the text.
  38.  
  39. Syntax:
  40.       
  41.       QSTRIP input_file output_file 
  42.               -input_file = Text file to be stripped.
  43.               -output_file = The file name to save the stripped text to
  44.               ****Warning if file exists, this will OVERWRITE that file****
  45.  
  46.       -OR-
  47.  
  48.        QSTRIP *.ext1  *.ext2
  49.                 -Strip all files with "ext1" as their extension to  
  50.                   "<filename of original>.ext2"
  51.                 NOTE = ext1 can not be the same as ext2.
  52.                 ****Warning if file exists, this will OVERWRITE that file****

  56.    You can now control the area that QStrip strips! All you have to do is put
  57.    "<->" at the begining of the area that you wish QStrip to ignore, and then
  58.    put a "<+>" where you want QStrip to go back to work. You may mark as much
  59.    or as little text as you like and mulitple markers are allowed.

  61. Registration:
  62.            The shareware version will only strip 15 files and it will only
  63.            allow you to strip up to 5 files at a time. The full version has
  64.            no restrictions.
